Regulations for Using the BEER SPA Zone for Guests of Villa La Roca

I. General Provisions

1. Availability
   The BEER SPA zone is available exclusively to villa guests.
2. Use of the BEER SPA is possible only after prior reservation according to availability.
3. The BEER SPA zone is subject to a fee, depending on the selected package.
4. Responsibility
   Use of the SPA zone is at the guests' own risk. The villa owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other unpleasant events resulting from improper use of the facilities.

II. Rules for Using the BEER SPA

1. Preparation
   Before entering the relaxation zone, guests are required to thoroughly wash their bodies and dry themselves with a towel. In the SPA, a towel must be used for sitting or lying to prevent direct contact between the body and the wooden benches.
2. Duration of Stay
   It is recommended that a single session lasts for 1 hour.
3. Health and Contraindications
   The beer bath is conducted at a temperature of approximately 40°C. In case of any health concerns, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the SPA.
4. Prohibited Items
   It is forbidden to bring glassware, electronic devices, or other items that may be damaged by high temperatures or pose a safety risk.

III. Rules for Using the SPA Zone

1. Hygiene
   Before using the SPA, guests are required to thoroughly wash their bodies in the shower.
2. Safety
   Special caution should be exercised in the SPA zone, especially on slippery surfaces. Running, jumping into the pool, and other risky behaviors are prohibited.
3. Alcohol Consumption
   Bringing and consuming personal alcohol in the SPA zone is prohibited.
4. Equipment Use
   Guests are required to use the facilities in accordance with their intended purpose and the manufacturer's recommendations. In case of technical issues or equipment damage, the facility manager must be notified immediately.

IV. Order Rules

1. Cleanliness
   Guests are required to maintain cleanliness in the SPA zone. Used towels and other accessories must be placed in designated areas.
2. Waste
   All waste, such as empty cosmetic containers, must be disposed of in the appropriate trash bins.

V. Final Provisions

1. Liability for Damages
   Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused in the sauna and SPA zone, including damage caused by accompanying persons.
2. Complaints
   Any complaints regarding the SPA zone should be reported to the facility manager during the stay. Complaints submitted after the stay may not be considered.
